Blueberry Hill is the first cohousing development in Northern Virginia. Since 2000, it has been planned, built and managed by the residents. Located in a country setting in Vienna, just South of Great Falls and West of Tysons Corner with easy access to Washington, D.C.
The Blueberry Hill neighborhood was created from the social capital and dedication of its founding members. A small group of people found the power and resources to save a local farm, create a community, and preserve the environment. It continues as a thriving community today thanks to the vision of its founders, the collaboration of its current residents, and its connections to the greater world. |
